Following Ashraf Marwan who was an Egyptian extremely rich person and President Nasser's son-in-law, he was hitched his girl, Mona. Ashraf was a spy for Egypt in Israel yet in this film which depends on the book of The Angel: The Egyptian Spy Who Saved Israel, we see the scene from the Israelis side as they trust that he was working for them.
While clearly told from the Israeli perspective, the film is rather sober in the way it conveys the message. And the pace is more Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, less Jason Bourne.
